Video games can be played on a multitude of systems; the PS4, Xbox one, Wii U,etc. There are also a couple of portable gaming systems, the most popular being the Nintendo 3DS at the moment. However, the most powerful and versatile (and expensive) gaming system is the PC.

The PC can do everything that a console can do, and it can do it better. Some of the things that a PC can do better:
- Better Graphics - Higher end PCs are able to handle more intense loads, and so games look a lot nicer on PCs.
- Modding - Games on the PC can be modded, unlike console games. Modding allows the gaming community to contribute to a game. A mod could consist of anything; from graphics mods, which improve or tweak the graphics, and gameplay mods, which change some aspect of the gameplay.
